Weekday meals
I have been getting in the habit of cooking up a storm for my weekday meals. Work is currently going through a slow period to why not take advantage of the situation? :)
Meal #1 Pernil, avocado and apple salad, spanish rice
Meal #2 Baked chicken wings, sauteed Chinese broccoli and fried prawns in garlic, ginger and scallions
